Ok from my own demented mind comes Medusa- The Snake Charmer Witch. She roughly measures 25 inches tall and is made from muslin that has been grubbed up to look olde. She has hand-painted eyes with separately attached eyelids, pointed nose and hand-painted mouth with tiny white jagged teeth. She has brown wool locks and snakes made of green batik in her hair. Snakes are totally poseable so you can bend and twist them at will. Each snake has 2 sewn on black seed bead eyes and a red felt tongue.
She has a total of 7 snakes in her hair and 2 in her hands. Speaking of hands, hers are wired and poseable. You can bend, grip whatever with em. She has hand-painted black fingernails too!
She wears black bloomies with spiderweb ribbon detail, black skull dress with contrasting black ribbon around bottom, black skull hat with grubbed cheesecloth on it and a grubby cheesecloth apron over her dress, shredded from the snakes, has a vintage brown button at the top and tied off with a piece of jute string. I have posed her a couple ways so you can see some examples of her flexibility.
