Find A Pace for Your Success

As some of you know from reading my bio, I used to work out there in the corporate world running big software development projects (and a few other management/leading jobs along the way). I not only had to keep myself on task and sane, I had to keep other people on task and sane.
I attended a conference a while ago and listened to a speaker describe a software development philosophy called “The Agile Manifesto”. The principles resonated with me and one in particular has stayed with me ever since:
In order to be successful for the long-term, you must find a pace that you can maintain indefinitely.
