Should I use Twitter and Facebook to Market My Business

I just read an awesome article over on handmade spark about how Twitter leads Facebook when marketing your business.  They found that Twitter is better for getting more clicks or traffic to your products to sell them.  It updates quicker but you have to remember the 80-20 rule retweet 80% promote 20% of the time.
