At a Loss

Ok so at Christmas time I had bought a Wii from a guy online or at least I thought I had. Well it took forever to come as it was coing from China. Well I turned him into paypal as a scammer because what happened was he ended up sending a pair of sunglasses instead of a Wii. My hubby was home and signed for the package not knowing not to sign. Ok so I called the credit card company and I had to write a dispute letter telling them it was a scam.
Well yesterday they wrote me back saying that they were puttting the charge back onto my bill because the man who sent the package wrote a rebuttal stating he sent it and being that my hubby signed for the package it looks like we got it. So I called the credit card co up and they said write another dispute and include pics, so I sent pics with the tracking number so that they can see it wasn't a Wii. I am going to be so mad if they will not remove the charge!
